Aqua press system

AQUA PRESS SYSTEM constantly monitors dampening solution variables to guarantee the following essential conditions:
1) control of water surface tension. -a sensor reads the percentage of the water-alcohol and/or alternative product mix, comparing it to the mix percentage and automatically correcting it if necessary. -the required mix, in a percentage from 0 to 30% alcohol, is obtainet by digital setting of the control panel display on the front of the machine. -during normal running, alcohol percentage of the solution is shown on the dosplay.
2) ability to have the dampening solution with stable PH, best for affset printing. -a specific microprocessor device reads water feed from the mains and calculates the correct amount of dampening additive to be added based on the percentage set on the control panel display. -AQUA PRESS SYSTEM display the dampening solution PH in real time and, in case of significant deviaton beyond tolerance, corrects the level by adding the necessary additives to the water.
3) display and control of temperature parameter around 10-12°C for total water volume. -a higher temperature, even by a tew degrees, would negatively affect printing quality, increasing grease on the plateand foam in the ink.
4) reading of electrical conductivity of the dampening solution. -real-time reading on display. -maintenance of optimun conductivity levels around 1000 microSiemens, keeping the ratio of quality of water absorbed to quantity conveyed and therefore maintaining proper print contrast.
Thanks to a serial connection, all parameters and operating messages may be displayed and changed directly by the computer installed on the press.
